A few favs!!

I just want to share a few of my favs from my photography sessions since June. It's hard to pick my favorites but here are a few... well actually like 30. I absolutely love doing this and love learning and growing with each new session I do. I am so grateful for all my awesome clients. I love shooting families and children and am just now venturing into doing newborn sessions.

A quick review

A quick review of the last few months. I will just share  a few pictures so i don't overload. But I will try to be better and get a good post on here about our wonderful Christmas. Well to start off with. Avery was Rapunzel for Halloween and Oakley was a giraffe.  We also bought our first home in October and had tons of leaves to rake up because we have a few trees in our yard. We also got a puppy. Her name is Autzen. We love her and I love this picture of her and Avery. Avery's face and Autzen's eyes... to funny!

We went to a Halloween party at some friends house and carved pumpkins and had a hot dog roast. The girls were overtaking Brett's pumpkin. They wanted to help carve.
Avery turned 4 and had a princess party. We made princess cupcakes with her polly pockets. She thought they were awesome even though I made them with my amateur cake decorating skills.
I took her to get her fingers and toes painted at the salon by aunt Lindsay.

My baby also had a birthday. She turned 2 in November.  Can not believe she is already 2. Holy cow time has flown by.
Love these little girls so much. We threw Oakley a Minnie Mouse party. She loved it and loves Minnie Mouse

 My girls are so beautiful!!
I am always taking other family's pictures but we needed to update so I brought my mom with us and my tripod and set it all up and had my mom take a few pictures of us. My beautiful happy family. Couldn't live without them. They all bring so much joy into my life!! :)
This picture is out of order but oh well. My family was all together for Thanksgiving this year at my parents house. There are a bunch of us but we are a big happy family!
Here is one more of just our little family. Don't my girls look so incredibly adorable in this one. Brett looks pretty dang good too :)... Don't you hate it when everyone looks good in the picture but yourself oh well.... I still love it!!
Christmas post soon to come...

So busy!

We have been so busy with a million different things lately that I haven't taken the time to blog. My photography business has really taken off and I have been swamped lately. I also started a little craft business recently that has done really well also and spending time being a wife and mother. This has all made me a very busy lady. I love my life though! I love all that I am doing and I love where we are in our life right now. I have the two most adorable little girls. Avery just turned 4 and I can not believe how grown up she is. I have a 4 year old! That is just crazy to me. Other big news, Brett and I just bought our first home together. We plan to make some big changes to it but it fits us now and we are enjoying having our own little home. It will be a long process of updating and changing but we are excited. I will have to take time to post some recent pictures of happenings in our life soon maybe in a week or two when the fall photo sessions slow down a bit.... holy cow have I been busy. I am so grateful for it though. It has been a great blessing to us and I am really enjoying it.

We made it 5 years :)

Brett and I celebrated our five year anniversary on August 25th! I love this man so much. A shout out to him... He is a great husband. He does so much for me and our little family. The last five years being married to him have been so fun and rewarding. We decided after being married for five years and having a little girl who is almost four and having never been away for more than a few hours we deserved to have a getaway together just Brett and me. Thankful to my sister in law and bro Steve for watching our kids. We took off and spent the night in bountiful and went to Lagoon the next day. It was Brett's first experience at an amusement park. We had a great time! I love spending time with my best friend. Love you Brett!

David Nail Concert

I love fair time in Burley Idaho. And luckily Nancy was in town during fair so we went to the David Nail concert together. It was so fun. The last time we went together was when I was pregnant with Avery. We have so much fun at concerts together and dance the entire time.

"Let it rain, Let it pour..."
We even got a picture with his band. They said David was busy talking with his wife on the phone so we figured that was ok and she was more important than us :) although it would have been cool to get a picture with him also.

We went to the fair as a family a couple of times. We had a fun time at the rodeo and seeing all the animals. Avery had a blast petting every animal she saw!
Oakley loved her ice cream cone. what a mess!
 Oakley hated the pigs.

Although Avery loved them all she said the sheep were her favorite.
