Remembering little Quinn and Baylee

On Sunday we all went out to Oakley to put some flowers out at Quinn and Baylee's graves. These are Nancy's girls. Quinn was her first who had a heart condition and was only on this Earth for about 2 months, and Baylee is Brinlee's twin. We love them and are glad that we will get to see them again someday.

Jump On It!

This is Lindsay, me, and Nancy just having some fun. We all had a really good time this weekend. It is so fun to get to be together. All the guys went golfing a few times together this weekend. Brett is really liking golfing now. He got the high score both times :) And an update on Avery... she is really getting around. She doesn't totally crawl yet but she gets from one end of the room to the other. And she pulls her self up and stands (she is not way sturdy when she does it yet but she is getting there). I think that she just wants to stand up and start running rather than crawl. She tries to stand up more than she tries to crawl. It is so fun.

Afternoon at the Pool

Avery loves swimming. We got to go swimming a couple of times over the weekend with everyone. She splashes around and smiles a lot. It's so fun.

She has a thing with sticking her tongue out now, maybe it's becasue she just discovered she has one or something.

What a handsome man and cute little girl

I was surprised that she would lay on her back she laid all the way back with the back of her head in the water when we blocked the sun from her eyes. I can already tell she is gonna be such a good swimmer.

I love these kids

I don't get to see Nancy and her kids very often (oh yeah and Greg too... Just kidding Greg) and I always look forward to times that we get to spend together. Her kids are so dang cute and so fun! Go Afton!!!
Makoa didn't want to jump by himself so I held him and we jumped he was smiling at first and then he looked like he was gonna puke. I think we got the "I'm gonna puke" picture.

Grandma's funeral

We went to Burley on Thursday for my Grandma's viewing and funeral. It is a bitter sweet time because we will all miss her but she is now with Grandpa. The whole family got to come. The funeral was really nice. We know that Grandma is truly happy now. Cousin love... Afton loves to hold Avery she is such a good cousin and big sister. Briton is getting so big! Can't believe he's only 6.
Koa is the funniest little boy. He sure could make Avery laugh.

So Tough

Avery and I LOVE to watch Brett's baseball games. When we got home Brett got a hold of her and doesn't she look so cute, I mean... So Tough. I know that Brett loves having his little girl but I think that he is way excited to have a little boy someday.

Soccer

So I started playing soccer. It has been fun. We have had two games so far and unfortunately we have lost both of them. One was 0-2 and the other one was 3-5. I have been playing left midfield. i am excited to hopefully win a game soon, but until then i am just trying to whip my butt back in shape and have fun.

Brett also had another baseball game and he hit a three run HOME RUN. He did really well in his last game. They won again.

Brett's First Game This Year

Brett had his first baseball game this summer last week. He did really well. He hit a double his first time he hit. Then he walked two times but he scored every time. He loves playing baseball and me and Avery love watching him! I am playing soccer this summer too...I will have Brett take some pictures of that so I can put them on here too!

Friends

The other weekend my friend Alethea came through Rexburg on her way to Jackson for the summer. It was so good to see you Alethea. We roomed together here at BYU-Idaho till I got married and she also decided to go to school in Colorado. I miss her. We had so many good times together. Alethea, Celeste and I got to spend some time together just like we used to. We went out to dinner and just talked. It was her first time getting to see Avery. I miss you Leath!
