Well it has been way too long since I blogged last. We have been busy with our fun lives. Brett is enjoying his new job and I have been teaching swimming lessons, trying to get my photography to take off here, and playing with the girls. For the 4th we had lots of fun. We went and watched the Rupert fireworks with some of my siblings and their families. The fireworks were awesome if you can't tell by my face in that first picture (jk I took that picture myself and made that face on purpose) but really they were great.

We also went to the 4th of July parade in Rupert. Michelle even came down and spent a couple days with us. We liked the Madagascar float the best.
Jack didn't like the loudness of the fire trucks so much.

That night we had a BBQ at my parents house with all my family and we put off some of our own fireworks and watched the ones Burley does from the front yard.

Grandma and Grandpa even whipped out the snow cone machine and made everyone snow cones. It was a big hit.
We had an awesome few days around the 4th. Hope you all did too! Thank you too all those who fight and have fought for our freedom!
